I am really just posting this for my mother and granny to see, because they asked, and it was too big to put into an email to them. So, hopefully it turns out okay. It was an hour-long session that got cropped and edited to about 5 minutes to be used for trainings. I am grateful that I was asked, but I sure do wish I was skinny right about now! YIKES!
